It's my great pleasure to share with you ,the pleasant experience of Pangarchulla trek with Bhagat(7351521027) and Harish of Ukhike with whom I have made the trek.I with Harish reached Vagat's village from Joshimoth in the evening ,enjoyed warm hospitality in his home ,and watched Ramlila at night ,a nice and wonderful experience indeed.Next day ,we started towrds Dehradund ,a 3 hours trek ,reached the shepherd hut ,stayed there along with Harish enjoyed the beauty of jungle and snowee peaks as well as Harish's cooked food.Next day we treked to Dyalishera Bugyal, and the trail may be defined as Devine and vergin as few people approached Pangarchulla from this side. This Bugyal is surrounded by peaks after peaks and in this moth of October covered with snow ,truly a heaven indeed!We,3 , stayed in tents and next day ,early morning started our ascend towards Pangarchulla .We crossed Hanuman lake and the mysterious Paddy field of Banadevi, and through Bush and knee deep snow reached a rock near Baby Pangarchulla peak
This is Aditya Pant. Me and my friend Abhishek Verma did Pangarchulla peak trek with UKhike from 25-28 Dec.
I’m happy to share that we had an amazing experience overall.
The stay was comfortable and the people were really sweet and helpful. Ashish (Team UKhike Guide) is a great guy and and his family was very welcoming.Although we know that living at such an altitude have it’s own limitations (since we’re from Uttarakhand too) but I think It’d be much more fun if you could change some foods that are being served. For eg. we started from karchon village and we just had as small bowl of Maggie which doesn’t give that much energy. Things like oats, bananas, etc. will work better.
Similarly on the day of summit, we took parathas but by the time we eat them, they had become so hard.
So these little things adds upto a good experience and I’m sure you can easily work on that.
Else everything was great.Looking forward to have another trek with (Team UKhike )you guys.
Cheers 🍻Thanks, and Regards
Aditya Pant
